What you can do with TCP WebContacts:

Organize Contacts

Entries in your TCP WebContacts Manager are organized into folders which are sorted in hierarchical order. Each folder may contain as many contacts and subfolders as you want. In the folders panel you can collapse or expand the folder (using [–] and [+] icons next to the folder name) to hide or show the included subfolders.

Create Sign-Up Forms and collect subscribers. Generate Sign-Up forms in just three clicks, place this form on your website, and turn visitors into subscribers. You can specify which fields appear in your sign-up form and into which TCP WebContacts folder subscribers will be submitted. You have the option to enable a Double Opt-In function; Every subscriber will receive an email notification with a link to confirm their subscription. No spam here!

Add or Edit Contact Information

Fields with detailed contact information are grouped by sections (Contact, Phones, Home…). Each section can be displayed as a separate tab; alternatively all sections can be displayed top-down on the same page.

Personify contact entries with pictures

TCP WebContacts Manager allows you to embed a photo with each contact in your contact manager. The image is shown to the left of the contact details when browsing through the entries (configurable of course). When you add or modify a contact entry you can add an image and it will be automatically resized to fit the frame.

Customize Fields and Sections

Contact entry format is fully customizable. You can add new fields and sections or modify existing ones. For each field you can supply:

• Long Name which appears as a main field label
  
• Optional Short Name which is used as a column title
  
• Type of field, e.g. Text, Date etc…
  
• Location – the place where this field appears in the Add/Edit Contact form.

Send Email

You can send email directly from the TCP WebContacts Manager. Just select recipients from the list and fill in a standard message form with Priority, To, From and Subject options.

Import Contact List

You may already have your contacts stored on your desktop computer in Outlook Address Book or in a spreadsheet or in another format. With a few clicks you can import your address book (whatever its size and format) to TCP WebContacts Manager. All of the work you have put into maintaining your current contact list can now be imported into TCP WebContacts.

Predefined Formats

TCP WebContacts Manager “understands” the field layout for Outlook, Outlook Express and The Bat! Address Book types. If you are currently using an Outlook or Outlook Express address book, then we can import your existing address book and you can be up and running in a very short amount of time. Other formats can be imported as well with a little tweaking. This is not difficult and we can show you how.

Custom Formats

When importing from a custom .CSV file you can manually define the format, e.g. setup an association between the imported file columns and contact attributes. (ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE NOT REQUIRED). After a successful import you can save that format for future use.

Export contact list

You can export selected contacts, a complete current folder or your entire TCP WebContacts Manager into a downloadable text file with comma separated values.

Copy, Move or Delete Folders and Contacts

You can copy or move an entire folder with all included subfolders and entries to new location. You can also copy or move multiple entries in a batch mode to any accessible folder or delete the whole folder or selected contacts. Unlimited customization on the fly! This is a very cool feature that you will come to appreciate once you have tried our service.

Search Contacts

A robust search function allows you to search by a key phrase contained in any contact's field. Search results list is fully operational - copy, move, delete or modify contacts directly from the search results list.

Share Folders With Other TCP WebContacts Users

You can customize personal or group permissions for every folder to share it with other users in your online contacts. There are three levels of user/group access rights:

R (Read) - can list and read contacts in this folder W (Write) - can add/modify contacts in this folder F (Folder) - can add/modify contacts, folders and access rights

You can see a list of all users and groups that share access to your folder as well as their access rights. It helps you to feel more confident while you perform any manipulations with your data.

Print contacts

You can print selected contacts, a current folder or your entire TCP WebContacts Manager. Printer-friendly page has a plain design and an easily readable view.
